Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Please understand that some orders could take as long as three to four weeks to arrive. Please place accordingly.

In most cases orders will arrive sooner than three to four weeks.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.

Local taxes do apply.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

My Good Doggys ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

My Good Doggys is not reponsible for shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We strongly advise to have shipments sent to a physical address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be provided to you once order is processed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Good Doggys.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you feel damage was caused by the shipper, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
